Golf Course

Built in 1977 by Michigan golf architect, Bill Newcomb, Travis Pointe is one of the finest golf courses in the state. With seven sets of tees, the course is suitable for golfers of all skill levels, and can play anywhere from 5,264 yards to a difficult 7,326 yards.

Golf League

2026 Leagues
Evening League
League will start the week of May 12th and finish the last week of July. League will run consecutive weeks except for the weeks of May 26th (Men’s League), June 24th (Women’s League) and July 14th-15th. Matches to be played Tuesday Nights. The golf staff will email all participants the full schedule of matches before the league begins. The golf staff will calculate the results each Sunday and communicate them on the following Tuesday.
Women’s Golf Association
The Travis Pointe Women’s Golf Association was formed to help promote women’s golf at the Club. The Association runs the Thursday Morning 18-Hole League, the Tuesday Morning 9-Hole League and many women’s special golf events throughout the year. A nominal yearly fee of $75 is charged to every women golf member who wishes to participate in the events to help pay for event prizes, favors and decorations.

2026 Travis Pointe C.C. Handicap Policies
Thursday Morning 18-Holers
This flexible, weekly league starts in early May and ends in the middle of September. Play when your schedule allows; you're not obligated to participate every week. The women in this league shoot anywhere between 75 and 130 for eighteen holes, but everyone is encouraged to participate.
Tuesday Morning 9-Holers
This weekly league starts in early May, ends the last the last week in August and is perfect for women who only have time for 9 holes or for the new golfer just learning the game. Each week begins with an 9:00 am golf clinic and a 9:30 am shotgun for golf. The women in this league shoot anywhere between 45 and 70 for 9 holes.
